Problem: The mechanism for changing the backrest angle in Carrello child seats is under enormous stress. Sudden movements or the weight of a child can cause the plastic teeth inside the hinge or the housing itself to crack. The manufacturer does not supply these internal components separately, suggesting replacing the entire chair or looking for a donor at a disassembly site. Solution: This 3D digital model is a reinforced replica of the internal adjustment joint. It is designed taking into account the weak points of the original part and allows you to restore the functionality of the chair while maintaining the safety and comfort of the child.
