The Kiisu Slim Case is designed for the KIISU v4b development board by the KIISU.io team. With a thickness of approximately 5.3 mm, its snap-fit design allows for quick assembly without screws.

This version does not expose GPIO pins or SMA connector ports. Update 26-Feb-2026: An optional battery cover STL has been added. The LED light output is intentionally covered by a single layer, which can be easily revealed using a small screwdriver or pen. Stickers on the top are included as a separate STL file. To use them, select both the Case Top and Stickers STL files and set different filament colors for each object in your slicer. Testing was conducted in Orca Slicer.

Assembly Instructions:

  • Place the KIISU on the bottom part first.
  • Ensure proper fit before proceeding.
  • Align the left side of the top part (where the IR and iButton PINs are) and press the right side (where the battery is) together.
  • Check that the device is completely flat and not twisted.
