The Dodge Viper ACR model has been modified for multi-part printing, assembled using screws or a dovetail joint. Meshes have been corrected for better print suitability. Note that some parts may require sanding depending on print resolution, along with post-processing to fill gaps between connecting parts.
Tolerances: ~0.1 to 0.2 mm at joint areas. Recommended support angle is at least 55 degrees with a layer height of 0.2 mm.
You can print wheels for use with rubber tires with a diameter of 63 mm and an inner diameter of 48 mm. It is recommended to print 3 front wheels and 1 rear wheel. One of the front wheels is used for the differential drive.
Holes have been added to the front wheel axle to install reinforcing rods (such as paper clips with a diameter of 1 mm) for added strength. It is advised to print them at 100% infill to reduce the risk of layer delamination.
The differential has been enlarged for printing on an Ender 3. Internal gears are held in place with 1 mm diameter paper clips.
Any 35-tooth motor is suitable. The distance between mounting screws is 25 mm. A dual-channel RC transmitter and receiver are recommended.
