Introducing the model of Minister Kafta from the film Babylon 5: Legend of the Rangers.

Kafta was the Tzillari representative in the Interstellar Alliance, participating in a fact-finding mission to Beta Durani VII in 2265. The Tzillari recently joined the Alliance and are located on its fringes, benefiting from protection against The Hand attacks.
