Enlarged headlight cover (+25 mm) for LED lamps for Skoda Octavia Tour

We present a digital 3D model (STL file) of a custom enlarged headlight cover for the Skoda Octavia Tour. The part is designed specifically for cars whose optics are equipped with non-standard LED lamps (light emitting diodes) with massive cooling radiators or coolers. When installing such lamps, the factory cover simply does not close. It is strictly forbidden to drive with an open headlight: dust, dirt and moisture will quickly damage the reflector and the lamp itself. In the catalog of our 3D Masterni this is one of the most useful files for tuning optics: download the model, print it and provide reliable protection for headlights with increased volume. Features of our 3D model: Increased volume: The cover is 25 mm deeper than the original, which provides enough space for free placement of the LED lamp radiator and air circulation inside the headlight. Factory fit: The fasteners and fit geometry are exactly the same as the original Skoda Octavia Tour plug, ensuring a tight seal. Optimized for 3D printing: The model is error-checked (manifold), easily placed in the slicer and does not require complex supports. 3D Printing Recommendations: Material: Since the part is located in the engine compartment and is subject to heat from both the engine and the radiator of the lamp itself, the use of PLA is unacceptable. We recommend using heat-resistant plastics: ASA, ABS, Polycarbonate (PC) or PETG. For the O-ring (if it is provided as a separate part or printed directly on the lid), TPU (Flex) is ideal. Hardware settings: When using modern enclosed printers, such as the Bambu Lab P1S, ABS/ASA printing is as stable as possible, ensuring the strength of the latches. Slicer parameters: To guarantee moisture and dust protection, install at least 4-5 perimeters (walls) and dense filling. This will eliminate porosity of the part and make it completely sealed.
