This is a replacement for the rear boot shelf support bracket for Opel Corsa-B and Tigra-A cars. The original part (left) was broken, prompting the redesign to enhance strength and eliminate the resilient metal sheet that was lost.
Both bearings are available in STL format. Here are the original part numbers:
STEP and Fusion360 files can also be provided for those interested in modifications.
Ensure to print these parts using a strong and rigid material that is not too brittle and has adequate flexibility. I recommend any good quality ASA, ABS, or PC will work, as well as PET-G. I'm uncertain about PLA; however, you can try it and share your experiences with other manufacturers.

Parts are printed in file orientation (with supports). The actuation force of the shaft cutting into the bearing/clamp is distributed based on layer orientation, and therefore layer adhesion is not a significant concern for this print.
