This is a 3D model of a hook designed for a homemade horizontal bar to mount a bag on the roof of a vehicle. It is intended for the roof of a FIAT PANDA 2004, but may also fit other vehicles. Please check compatibility with your vehicle.

Features:

Maximum load: 50 kg on the roof in a bag.
The structure can withstand over 300 kg when installed correctly.
Recommended materials: ABS, ABS-PC, Nylon for increased strength and heat resistance.

Required assembly parts:

8 screws M8 L90 H/CHC
8 large washers M8
4 bolts M8
4 My NYLSTOP bolts
12 screws M6 L50 H/CHC
12 M6 NYLSTOP bolts
Anti-slip tape
2 aluminum rectangular tubes 48/32, 4 mm thick (length depends on your vehicle model).

Important warnings:

Use a quality 3D printer.
Take project description seriously.
Be strict about print quality.
If experienced, use a butane torch to smooth the surface.
All parameters work for my car; changes may affect results.
