The door handle hinge on a Fiat 147 or Fiat 500 is notorious for its unreliability. I reverse engineered it and created a new one from solid stainless steel with a screw. The issue with the original parts is that the screw cannot withstand the load compared to the metal part, and compatible spare parts often break as well.

I created two files: one with the screw and one with a hole, allowing for a separate installation of the M6 stainless steel screw. It is important to note that the screw needs to be welded; otherwise, it may turn along with the nut inside the door.
