The AUBL/74 (Autoblinda 1974) is a light reconnaissance and military transport vehicle built on a FIAT 6616 chassis, modified to accommodate a 90mm Cockerill Mk. III or 60 mm HVG gun to meet the needs of the Italian Army.

Features:

Protection system: fireproof bulkhead separating engine, radiators, and transmission;
Systems: NBC filters, night vision, run-flat tires;
Swim capability.

This project was a collaboration between FIAT and OTO Melara and was utilized in peacekeeping operations alongside the original FIAT 6114 APCs.
