I modeled the grille after the original grille from the Fiat accessory line. Instead of copying the original hooks, I decided to secure it with 4 screws, adding 4 drilled legs to accommodate the threaded inserts.

I used M5 countersunk screws simply because they were the only stainless steel screws I had, but I think they may be too big. I also attached a washer, but if you change the type of screw, it will need to be remade.

The attached photographs were taken after 4 months and 5000 km of operation of the components. To print it, I used a Kobra Max placed in the chamber. I chose ASA as the material to ensure maximum stability, but I believe PETG could also be a suitable alternative.

I had to print the component horizontally to avoid thermal shrinkage issues, but it would have been preferable to print it vertically using tree supports, resting it on the flat area highlighted in blue in the photos. PLA prototypes printed using this method have always produced very satisfactory results.
