The adapter is designed to replace your existing Fiat Ducato (type 250) rear view mirror with a VanTrue Element E1 dash cam holder:

The original rear view mirror can be removed by turning it counterclockwise.
Remove the metal plate from the mirror and use a 4mm screw to insert it into the PCB adapter.
Attach the dash cam to the adapter using double-sided tape.
For a cleaner look, consider using an indoor light power supply to avoid hanging cables.
The adapter is designed to stay in place even with a curtain system on the front window, common in many Ducato-based RVs.
An obj file is also available if you wish to modify the design.
