The model is designed for 00 caliber. To obtain the correct 00 size, you need to print it at 77% of the original size. Scaling instructions:

Print each part once, except for the front wheel.
Print the front wheel twice.

The actual tractor is approximately 3 meters long, so scale the model according to your size requirements. The tractor engine is not accurate; some parts were added to make it resemble an engine with pipes. This was designed as a model train car; these tractors were produced from the 20s to the 40s, providing plenty of modeling opportunities.
