These are large and small trim strips for the BMW F650GS. Originals disappear pretty quickly, so here's your chance to print your own. Not as fancy as BMW, but cheaper and in the color you like.
Note that the taps themselves don't hold the strips in place; you'll have to glue the whole thing to the bike.
