This is a new style BMW E30 strut mount dust cap. The hole in the new model is larger than the old one, and the original cover does not fit the replacement mounts, which do not have their own dust caps. To do a quick test print, turn the model upside down and lower it into the print bed until only the ring prints. Take a couple of steps in 1% increments to find a nice tight fit, as the ring may shrink as it cools. Please note: This model does not have the emblems shown in the photos.
