On my BMW E39 station wagon, the plastic clips on both sides of the rear door were missing. These clips hold the plastic side covers in place. Since the original parts (BMW part number: left 51498217213, right 51498217214) are too expensive, I decided to print my own.
The downloaded files contain clips for the right side, but you can flip them in Cura to also have clips for the left side (see images).
