After replacing the Double Din radio, you will need to relocate the AC unit to the lower frame, but it may not fit. This is a simple solution that uses an original frame, a 3D printed part ('clamp'), and a nut/bolt to secure everything in place.

Before final assembly, slide the clamp fully onto the AC panel. Drill a hole in the original frame using the model hole as a template. Ensure the bolt and nut fit easily. This solution does not require a new bezel or leading edge.
