This is a shortened gear shift knob for E39, which is 2.5 cm lower than the original. The shape is a remix of the Mishimoto Short Shifter. The surface is grooved for better grip.

There are tabs inside for attaching to the original mount.
Depending on your print settings, you may need to wrap some tape around the shift lever for a better frictional fit.
It is recommended to print it upside down to use less support.
The M badge can be easily removed.
