This is a larger headlight dust cap for a 2004 BMW R1200GS (compatible with newer models) for conversion to LEDs. Due to the heatsink or mini-fan typically found on these lamps, the original cap (part number 63127674984) will not fit and will require modification.

I could not find a suitable or open source design for the old GS bike, so I decided to create my own. It has the same locking principle and requires the original O-ring for a waterproof seal. It fits most LED lights and has plenty of space for cables and connectors.

No support is required except for the top under the locking teeth (in Cura, you can set the print support to be at the top only - see pictures). Feel free to leave comments and/or recommendations. If you make one and it fits another model year, let me know so I can compile a list.
