A cover was created for the 1990 BMW e30 that fits the headlight exactly, similar to the original. After printing, you will need a small foam seal (you can reuse the original) and a 16mm cable gland to ensure water tightness.
Printing recommendations:
- Print with the large hole facing up and the cable gland threaded on the bed.
- Supports are only on the outside and come off easily.
- Print time is approximately 8 hours at fairly conservative speeds.
