This model is a replacement cover for the OBD2 connector for Hyundai Kona, designed to improve compatibility with OBD2 connectors.
- The cover features a simple non-protruding cutout as a handle that fits low-profile OBD2 connectors.
- There is a hole on the side for cleaner cable routing.
- The handle is roughly aligned with the OBD connector, allowing visibility of the inside.
- It is recommended to print the cover without supports, face down (the side with text).
- The cover is slightly curved on the vertical axis - after printing, heat the cover with a hairdryer and bend it slightly to match the curvature.
- Don’t overdo it; the cover will still flex when pushed into the fuse box.
The angles of the sides and clips may seem odd, but this is the design of the original cover that I followed.
