This spoiler is designed for the 2000 Hyundai Accent WRC model. It is made from PLA and printed using a technique that allows for hollow parts. Required steps:

Fill the parts with expanding polyurethane foam.
Wrap the spoiler in fiberglass.

The total filament required for printing is 2.8 kg, and the printing time is approximately 104 hours at a speed of 100 mm/sec. Please note that the STL file should not be scaled before downloading; scaling should be done afterward.
