Wireless Charger for Hyundai Ioniq 5

Introducing a wireless charger for the Hyundai Ioniq 5. This model was designed with aesthetic and functional requirements in mind.

• BASE: The original rubber mat was used as a template to create anchor points to prevent movement.
• UPPER: A custom upper was designed with attachment points to the base and the Ioniq 5 logo.
• BORDER: A frame was designed to keep the phone in place.

MATERIALS: Black PETG carbon fiber from Bambu was used. Other options include ABS or PETG. For the top, AMS TPU from Bambu can be used, or PETG/ABS if TPU is unavailable.

Assembly requires no special skills or tools; everything fits perfectly. I use the Belkin BoostCharge Pro 15W as my wireless charger, which does not overheat significantly. The product fits well in the middle hole, providing ample space for any cable.
