Trunk Trim Bracket Replacement for 2015 Hyundai Genesis

This is a replacement trunk trim bracket for the 2015 Hyundai Genesis "G80" "DH" sedan. It screws/rivets to the felt top trim panel (85720-B1000-RRY) and holds a round clip that fits into the trunk lid and keeps the panel in place.

Versions:

One for a 2.5mm gap in aftermarket clamps.
One for a 1.5mm gap in OEM Hyundai clamps (with a slight "tail").

Note that the aftermarket clamps do not work in the two holes closest to the rear seat; they only secure in three or four holes closer to the trunk opening. Print with high infill and heat-resistant plastic (e.g., ABS).

To install, I recommend drilling out the original rivets and using computer fan screws to secure the new bracket. You can also edit the FCStd file in FreeCAD to fit different clamps or allow for different screws/rivets. I provided STEP CAD files for printing because modern slicers support them and directly reproduce curved surfaces, unlike 3MF or STL.
