This is a set of files to create a terminal cover for a custom Nissan Leaf 5-cell battery. The components are a mixture of 3D printed and laser cut parts:
- Bottom (3D printed): Bracket with captive nuts (6/32) that slides over the battery terminals and is held in place by friction, battery terminal latches, and copper interconnects.
- Middle (3D printed or laser cut): spacer between the bottom and top.
- Top (laser cut): Approximately 1/4" clear acrylic cover.
A bottom and middle combo piece has been added that can be printed as one piece rather than two separate pieces.
