This center console armrest clamp is a commonly failing part. The model works great, fits nicely and tightly, and doesn't rattle. I added a second location for the spring holder in case the spring needs to be mounted on the other side.

The tabs on top are short enough that installation requires minimal bending of the plastic, preventing damage during installation.

Please print vertically using stands (the clamp arms are positioned horizontally). This ensures that the print layers are oriented along the length of the clamp arms, preventing separation during installation.

Since the clamp will be installed in a car where high temperatures may become an issue, the seal is made of PETG, ABS, nylon, or other high-temperature deflection filament. I have had good results with CCTREE PETG at car interior temperatures >45 degrees Celsius.

I simply spray painted mine textured black with a clear matte finish.
