This 3D model is designed to create a headlight boot that is missing in the Volkswagen Jetta MK5. The absence of this part allows water to enter the headlight assembly, leading to corrosion of the electrical connections.
In the process of working on this model, I utilized FreeCAD. Additionally, I plan to make a spray foam gasket to ensure a proper seal around the outer ring.
- Version 1.1: This version features a slight slope on the outer wall of the spacer groove, making it easier to install on the mounting surface.
