This model is an anchor that holds the headlight up/down adjustment screw into a sheet metal panel.

Instructions:

Print the opened-up version so that the layers are oriented in a stronger direction (each layer going through the sheet metal and back out).
I included the closed version STL so you can see what it looks like after you fold it.
Pop it into the square hole in your sheet metal and screw your screw into it (M6 thread, I think?).

I currently have a pair holding my headlights in position.
