Honda Brake Parts

If your Honda vehicle brake lights won't turn off and there are broken plastic pieces on your floorboard near your pedals, this part is likely what you need.

This part should fit a wide range of Honda models and is a direct replacement for Honda part 46505-SA5-000 and Dorman 74015 (only the white replacement included in that Dorman kit).

This version includes an indentation to help keep it from falling out over time. I took measurements from the broken pieces on my floorboard (see the measurements in the included image). The center shaft was intact, allowing me to get accurate measurements with calipers. The 'head' was in two pieces, and I was also able to obtain good measurements from those as well.

Please consider the tolerances of your 3D printer to ensure the part fits properly in the pedal arm. This may require slight sanding or filing to correct. Also, make sure the infill is sufficient (at least 30%) to withstand the pressure of the pedals.
