This model represents a grocery bag hook that can be installed in the trunk of many Honda cars. You will need the following parts for installation:

The trick is mounting the rivet nut. Here is a YouTube video I found that shows how to do this easily with $1.29 in parts: Video Link.

Alternatively, as a commenter suggested, you could just get: toggle bolt or another toggle bolt.
