This model is designed to hold the low-pressure return line for steering fluid for a 2004 Honda Accord. The pipe size is 10mm O.D. This is not a copy of the original but an improved version. Extra material has been added where the OEM version would break.

It works for many different Honda years and models. It snaps into factory-made holes in the frame and also snaps down onto the pipe.
