This latch is designed to replace the broken original one on Honda CRV. It is made to be glued over the remaining plastic on the cable from the original latch. It fits with a small interference above it. The latch should be pushed down during installation. Glued with 3M dual compound urethane adhesive. It may fit other Honda models.
Installation Instructions:
- Clean the surface of the old latch.
- Apply 3M adhesive to the back of the new latch.
- Press the latch onto the remaining plastic cable.
- Make sure the latch is installed correctly.
