This key fob model is designed for the 2005 Honda Pilot and may also work with other Honda models.
Materials Required:
- (1) Printed Fob_Lid.stl
- (1) Printed Fob_Body.stl
- (2) M3 heat insert nuts
- (2) M3x6 hex screws
- (1) M2x10 hex screw
- (1) M2 Nut
- Blue threadlocker (an M2 nut could be substituted with a nylon lock nut)
Assembly Instructions:
- Insert the M3 heat insert nuts into the Fob_Body.stl as shown in the pictures.
- Insert the fob electronics and chip into Fob_Body.stl (NOTE: If you forget or lose the chip, your car won't start with this key!)
- Insert the key blade (I used a vise to press it in).
- Snap the cover on and screw it together using blue threadlocker on the M2 nut (or nylon lock nut).
