Exterior door handles for the 5th generation Honda Prelude (1997-2001):
- Driver's side: prelude_handle_drvr_mk4.stl
- For the passenger side, mirror the part.
- May require 4mm hinge pin replacement: McMaster-Carr
- And retaining rings for the new pin: McMaster-Carr
Note that original hinge pins are reusable if carefully compressed at the peened end with pliers. The door latch rod insert is also available here: Thingiverse
The printed version is from Shapeways in PA12GB, a glass bead filled nylon. The parts are very rigid and strong, with no flex, and the springs seat well. Keep in mind the fitment is intended to be tight accounting for different printing processes, so some sanding and post-processing (like painting) may be necessary for the best appearance.
