These are coil spring spacers to lift your 1997-2006 Wrangler or Cherokee front springs by 2 inches. They have been tested to withstand 1650 psi printed with PLA at 10% infill before deforming. Each puck should be able to support 12,900 lbs before deformation.
Print Settings:
- Print a pair at a time on a MakerBot Replicator 5th Gen. with PLA.
- Extrude speed: 100 mm/s.
- Travel speed: 200 mm/s.
- Infill: 10%.
- Shells: 6.
- Layer height: 0.2 mm.
