Jeep Door Storage Hanger

This is my design for a Jeep Door Storage Hanger that keeps your Jeep doors at home without damaging window seals. This is a cost-effective alternative to metal brackets.

For assembly, you will need:

• (2) bases
• (4) hangers for each pair of doors
• Additional parts: (4) 3/8 lag bolts, 4 inches or longer
• (4) 3/8 nuts
• (4) mounting screws to attach to studs

Simply print (2) bases and (4) hangers. Snap the hangers into the bases using bolts and nuts. After assembly, measure the distance between the hangers and mount the bases to the wall. A funnel design helps guide the door hinge pins into place.

Optionally, you can add door catches to prevent swinging. You will need: (2) 3/8-16 Square U Bolt Clamps (no mount plate), (4) 3/8 nuts, and (2) 3/8 washers.

Mount the catch plate at the marked location when the door is closed. Use diagonal slots for mounting (preferably to a stud). The plates can be flipped 180 degrees if the stud is on the left or right.
