Final drive gear for Power Wheels Jeep Hurricane, compatible with #7gearbox. This gear was designed for our Jeep with a different tooth count (38) compared to a 54t version.

Instructions:

The first version was slightly larger than OEM and broke quickly on collision.
Increased outer diameter of the spline and decreased inner diameter for better tooth engagement.
Version 1.2 has been working well for a month; version 3 is the latest, potentially tight in new gearbox.
Recommended material is PLA; ABS or Nylon can be used for added strength.
If more strength is needed, I plan to investment cast from aluminum.
