This is a replacement for the transmission kit of an Axial SCX10.2. It bolts to a stock skid plate.
Motor mounts need to be added to install it up front. It uses stock transmission internals. You will need to purchase two aftermarket pinions (12T for the motor, 45T/48P-5mm diameter pinion for the ‘spur’). The entire motor assembly uses 3mm hardware. No gluing required.
Instructions:
- Bolt the transmission to the stock skid plate.
- Add motor mounts to the front.
- Use stock transmission internals.
- Purchase the necessary pinions.
- Assemble without glue using 3mm hardware.
