This toy features a print-in-place body and a separate chassis held together by a hook. Once the hook snaps into place, disassembly is impossible. It is designed to withstand rough handling, making it suitable for babies and children.
The chassis is the same for all cars. Print the body and chassis using durable materials. There are two different chassis designs: one for printing upside down and the other for standard printing. I recommend printing the upside-down version for smoother axle movement. The body should also be printed upside down for a better surface finish.
Depending on your printer settings, you may need a hook of different lengths. I suggest printing all three lengths initially and trying the shortest one first. After printing, remove support material and release the spindles either by hand or using a 4mm hex key. Rolling the chassis on a carpet can help smooth out the axles.
Finally, assemble the hook and insert the body from the front until it clicks into place. My models are printed in PLA on a Prusa i3 MKS+ printer with default settings; support material is removed where the hook attaches to the chassis and body.
