This is an open differential for Jeep Rancher from 3dsets.
I created this differential because I use my Rancher at home on a vinyl floor where adhesion is very good, which overloads the cardan joints.
The idea was to use as many original parts as possible. For two pieces of the differential you will need:
- 6 bearings 10X15X4 6700 2RS (the same as used everywhere in Rancher)
- 10 screws M3x12
Print settings for the case: 0.2mm - 20%, for all other parts: 0.15mm - 100% infill. I printed on a Prusa Mini.
The assembly manual should be clear from the photos. Don't forget to apply grease.
Note: It may be necessary to shorten the Drive Shaft on the differential side, as the new differential is a little longer. In my Wagon version, I only did this for the front axle.
