All you need is a 1/4x20 bolt costing under 25 cents at any hardware store.

Instructions:

Print at 100% infill.
Remove the OEM dash bolt with an Allen wrench (it's cosmetic and holds nothing together).
Find/Buy a 1/4x20 bolt.
Place the bolt in the 3D printed ball mount.
Snug down, finger tight is plenty tight enough.
Install the phone/radio mount of your choice.

I recommend this $16 phone mount; it does everything I want and works great with both bare and cased phones. Holds snug.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN WITH TOOLS! You will strip out dash plastics if you use pliers!

Enjoy a grab bar mount that usually costs around $100 for just a few cents.
