The rear fog light on my PT Cruiser was damaged in a small crash. I printed the outer part of the light using a red translucent PLA filament. The permeability of the light is slightly less than the original, but it’s still brighter than the car's rear lights, so it functions well as a fog light.

This part is just the outer shell, which needs to be glued to the chassis of the light. I also used silicone after the glue dried to waterproof the light. Saved $200 :) If someone has the same problem, maybe this inexpensive solution will help.

Print Settings and Instructions:

  • Use red translucent PLA filament, 0.1mm layer height.
  • I couldn't print the whole light due to a small print area, so I made two smaller parts.
  • If you are printing the two sections of the light, use ChryslerFOG1 and ChryslerFOG2, and the small sections ChryslerFOG-Conjunction-Outside and Inside to glue them together.
  • If you have a larger print bed, just print the one piece ChryslerFOG.

Good luck!
