Philco C4608 Radio Face Plate

This radio face plate is designed for the Philco C4608 Auto Radio (Mopar Model 802).

Printing Instructions:

The design is meant to be placed on a 3.2mm (3/32") thick glass plate cut to 32.9mm x 111mm.
Clean the glass of any residue, cut and apply the vinyl mask.
Paint the masked glass with gloss black enamel paint.
Let partially dry and remove the mask with a pin or dot.
Use a laser cutter to cut a 32.9mm x 111mm jig.
Place the plate into the jig and etch the numbers, graduations, and border frames.
Hand paint borders and frames with silver paint, avoiding the numbers and graduations.
