Wheel Hub for Power Window Motors

This wheel hub is designed to fit inside power window motors sold by American Science & Surplus. It was originally for a Chrysler, but based on pictures of other assemblies, it may work in many modern motors based on the Dorman design.

The label on the motor indicates the part number as 402430. This hub will work in both left and right side motors. My goal is to connect these to common lawnmower wheels for a robot platform. An adapter is included for this purpose. Additionally, I've included the SketchUp source file, allowing you to use the adapter as a base for your own design. Share whatever you build!

The gear pops off these motors and is coupled by a rubber damper. Remove the gear and install this hub in its place. 2mm holes are provided (2 per stud) to allow mounting of an adapter and to stiffen the studs with inserted screws.
