This 3D model is a visor clip for the Chrysler 300C. The original model was difficult to design aesthetically due to the need for support structures and specific orientation, resulting in some surfaces appearing unattractive. I modified it into a two-part design connected by a countersunk screw (size from #8 to #10), allowing it to be printed without support structures, resulting in a much nicer appearance.
Printing settings:
- No support structures.
- Optimal part orientation for improved aesthetics.
