Second Row Seat Recline Handle for Chrysler Town and Country / Dodge Grand Caravan

This model is a recline handle for the second row seat of the Chrysler Town and Country or Dodge Grand Caravan (2008-2010). Mopar part number: 1HU70DX9AA.

Both left and right side handles can be created by mirroring this part in your slicer software. A lock mechanism tester is included to quickly print and verify that this part matches the lock arm on the car seat.

After 10 years of use, the original handles became loose and kept falling off. Instead of buying replacements, I made a sturdier version that fits tightly and can be printed in rainbow colors, which kids enjoy. If you still own one of these old multi-utility vehicles (MUVs or minivans) and need a new second-row recline handle, this model may help you.

I printed mine with 25% gyroid infill, using only plate supports and ironing to smooth the flat surface. I set the XY separation for support to 150% to help with removal (I believe). Supports can be tricky but are removable.
