This part is a bed-light lens for a 1976-1982 Plymouth Arrow pickup. It also fits other names under which the truck was sold: Plymouth Arrow, Mitsubishi L200, Chrysler D-50, Chrysler L200, Dodge D-50, Dodge Ram 50.

You can create a 2-part latex mold to cast the final piece in resin or simply print the part in clear ABS. Print the 4 mold halves (a & b), then pour latex into each set. Use the latex molds to cast the final part in acrylic.

If possible, use ABS to make the molds as it allows for vapor smoothing with acetone. The final piece includes a design with a sacrificial layer and built-in supports. The sacrificial layer helps the part stay adhered to the bed while printing in ABS.
