This part is designed for early 1990's Chrysler products. It adapts a 4-cylinder throttle cable for use in a 6-cylinder (3.3L/3.8L) Dodge Dynasty (4458128).

Installation:

Use the 4-cylinder accelerator cable (ATP Y-402).
The cable sheath may be a bit short, but it installs to the vehicle.
The actual cable inside may be about one inch too long - this spacer takes up the slack.
Install the spacer over the existing gas pedal cable retainer.
Pull the cable through the retainer, insert the spacer, and align it with the original retainer.
Press them together; they should stay together by friction.
Add the C-clip to the spacer to prevent the cable from coming out.
