The 2008-2012 Jeep Liberty does not come with a locking glovebox, but there is a simple solution. The latch is used in many other Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler vehicles of that time, making it easy to source from junkyard cars. The only part that needs to be printed is a cosmetic cover for the lock.
Instructions:
- Find a lock from another Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler vehicle.
- Install it in the glovebox.
- Print the cover for the lock.
- Attach the cover to the lock.
