Switch Modification for Kia Grand Carnival 2010 Interior Light

This is a modification for the Kia Grand Carnival 2010 interior light to prevent a child from playing with it.

Instructions:

Remove the interior light from the roof of the car by unscrewing the highlighted screws.
Next, disconnect the white plug to remove the whole unit from the car.
To remove the switch slider, bend up the two metal tabs and pull out the plastic slide.
Bend back the metal tabs to hold the new slider part in place by gently squeezing them down with pliers.
Insert the new slider where the old one came out and place the metal contacts on top, then gently push it down alternating sides until fully seated.

That's it! Just reinstall it, and you're done!
