Tired of putting your key fob in your pocket and accidentally pressing buttons? Here is the solution. I modeled the fob in AutoCAD and 3D printed a cover in ABS plastic. The cover allows the emergency key to be removed. There is even an option for a 2016 flip key. If you need to press the alarm button, the cover is thin above the button so that a good squeeze will press the button.
Instructions:
- Print the cover on a 3D printer.
- Use ABS plastic.
- Ensure the size fits your key.
